General Information

Mr. Pathan is practicing lawyer in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and Managing Partner of this law firm. His versatile career as lawyer, academic and organizer has made him an iconic figure among the young lawyers. His effective experiences both on litigation and corporate matters provide clients the deserved success. He was a faculty member of law department of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) and now he is teaching law in the Open University of Bangladesh as an adjunct faculty. He has participated in several national and international moot court competitions. He was adjudicator in different moot court competitions including Jessup International Round. He was the Co-coordinator of Human Rights Summer School for three years. He is the author of three books namely “Case References on Company Law”, “Intellectual Property Law: Theories, Laws and Case Laws” and “Advocateship: A Problem Based Law and Drafting”. His several articles have been published in various journals on contemporary issues. Also, he is an editor of several national and international journals.
